Facility Operators can use Locator Ticket Management (LTM) to easily perform many of the routine tasks required to handle the flow of tickets received from GSOC. Use LTM to assign locators, track progress, provide positive responses, archive tickets and more! LTM is available FREE OF CHARGE to all GSOC Facility Operators.

The form is a two page PDF document that should be printed, filled out and mailed back to Gopher State One Call.
